This course is about how to be happy and at the same time celebrate growing old. The class will cover what science and research tells us about being happy, where are the happiest places in the world and why; as well as how our American society deals with an aging population. Most importantly, what each of us can do to make ourselves happier as well as what we can do to continue to make our community a happy place to live in. There is much we can do to continue, or even become more happy, as we experience the reality of growing older.
